Lets tare apart constructive criticism. Constructive: to build something, to great something you can enjoy and be proud of for the fruits of you labor. Criticism: to tear something down, weaken When we look at these two words separate they don't go together for they are the opposite. Why would someone want to build something and then tear it down. After all did some of the great architects build sky scrapers just to tear them down. So why are we building people just to tear them down. I am a firm believer that everyone is on their own path. There are things that have been done in this life, or their past life's that create who they are showing up to be in this world. Most people don't realize this but what happens in your first five years of life is like everything does not pass go and goes right into jail (does not stop at the conscious mind and goes right into the sub-conscious mind). So how do we know if someone is speaking to of the light. If what they are saying is creating a reaction that could create a lot of drama. Then that is not of the light (love). If what they are saying is not creating any drama but helping you grow then it is of the light (love). When people say something to you out of the light, there are a few ways to release it either let them know, or you can let them go. Either way there could be residual damage that is done. Take time to heal your self.
